Our Story

Community Pieces was started in 2022 by Nick and Lynde France. Nick and Lynde have twin sons, Noah and Landon. Landon was diagnosed with autism and sensory processing disorder at the age of 3. Through years of intense therapies, Landon has become a thriving teenager. Nick and Lynde started to see the limited work options for Landon post high school. Currently, 86% of adults with autism  are unemployed(per Drexel University Study), which is why Community Pieces, an engraving company,  was formed. The goal of Community Pieces is to employ individuals with disabilities to help foster work skills, life skills and dignity.
